I, Mr.---------------, (Aadhar No:---------) son of Mr.---------,  a Hindu, aged -- years, having permanent address at Door No. no.---, ---- Colony, ------ Road, ------ now residing at Flat No----, ------ Street, ------, do hereby revoke all former Wills, Codicils and Testamentary Dispositions and I declare this Will to be my last Will and Testament.

 

I am now aged -- years. I am maintaining good health and am of sound mind. This Will is made by me on my own independent decision and free mind and volition and in sound health. I have not been coerced or influenced by  any person whatsoever in the execution of this Will. I am anxious that after my life time all my properties whether movable or immovable belonging to me should devolve smoothly according to my desires set out in this Will, so that there may not be any complications.

 

I own and possess the documents of the properties as mentioned herein are kept under my custody  in the locker at ----- now as per my memory I narrate  the details of the properties.   

 

I own and possessed the 1)  Residential Flat No.----, along with an extent of -----% undivided share of land out of -- Grounds and ------ sq.ft, bearing Old Door No.--, New Door No.----/--, Old Ward No.----, New Ward No.----, Plot No.------, ----- Road, --------, Comprised in Old Survey No.-- /-- part, Re Survey No.--, Block No.--, situated at ----- Village, ------ Taluk, -------  District, having purchased in my name and my mother -------’s name and my  mother  bequeath her share in the afore said flat in my name by way of will thus I becomes the absolute owner of the property.

 

I own and possessed the 2) Residential two bed room Flat No.-----, in ------------, built up area measuring an extent of ------ sq.ft, along with an extent of ------- sq.ft, of  Undivided share of land, Property tax assessment No.-------, Ward No.-----, Zone No.----, bearing Door No.----, ------ Road, ----------- at ------- Village, having purchased by me in and by the Deed of Sale dated --/--/---- registered as Document No.------ of 20-- SRO:---------- and assessed to property tax in my name thus I becomes the absolute owner of the property.

 

 

 

 

 

I own and possess the 3) Plot No.---, measuring an extent of ------ sq.ft., in --------- Nagar, ---------, having purchased by my mother ----------, in and by the Deed of Sale dated --/--/---- registered as Document No.---- of 20-- SRO:------ and my mother  bequeath the afore said plot by way of will in my name thus I becomes the absolute owner of the property.

 

I own and possess the 4) Plot No.--, measuring an extent of ----- sq.ft., in --------, -------, having purchased by my mother ---------, in and by the Deed of Sale dated --/--/---- registered as Document No.------- of 20-- SRO:--------- and my mother  bequeath the afore said plot in my name by way of will thus I becomes the absolute owner of the property.

 

I own and possess the 5) Plot No.---, measuring an extent of ----- Cents, in ------, -----, having purchased by my sister --------, in and by the Deed of Sale dated --/--/---- registered as Document No.----- of 20-- SRO:---------  and my sister  bequeath the afore said plot in my name thus I becomes the absolute owner of the property.

 

I give devise and bequeath my aforesaid properties absolutely to my wife Mrs.--------, (Aadhar No:-------) aged -- years, and my son Mr.--------, (Aadhar No:----------) aged -- years, both having permanent address at Flat No.---, bearing Old Door No.---, New Door No.--/--, Old Ward No.-----, New Ward No.----, Plot No.-----, ----- Road, ------ Nagar, ----- and now both are  residing at Flat No.---, No.--, ------ Street,----------

 

 

I hereby bequeath whatever properties, either movable or immovable, which I may have omitted and not set forth specifically in this Will, shall be taken absolutely by my wife Mrs.----------- and my son Mr.---------.

 

This Will shall come into force after my demise. I have not executed any other Will or Codicil and I reserve my right to alter or revoke this Will. This Will has been executed by me as my last Will and Testament out of my own free will and without any undue influence or coercion.
