Attorney to do
all my acts in
respect of my
activities mentioned here

appellants in A.S. No.---- of 20-- on
the file of the High Court, ------ arising out of the Land Acquisation Original
Petition in L.A.O.P.No.---- of 19-- on the file of the ------- Court, --------.
I am not in a position to attend Court in person or related activities there
to. Hence, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my mother Tmt. ------- W/o Late. -------- to do the following
acts in my name and on my behalf.
1.
To attend
Court hearing on my behalf in my absence
in all courts including sub- court, District Court, High Court and Supreme
Court.
2.
To engage
advocates, prepare statements, affidavits, pleadings to sign and execute in the
statements, Vakalats, affidavits, Memorandum of Grounds of Appeal, Execution
Petition, pleadings, petitions and to present them before the respective
courts and also to prosecute the said proceedings before the said Courts of Law.
3.
To give
evidence, to procure, to produce documents and witnesses, to enter into any
transaction or to do any work or act in order to successfully, prosecute or
complete the legal proceedings or prosecutions.
4.
To engage
advocates, defend me to file petitions, Counter Statements, affidavits, etc.,
if any other persons files suits or petitions against me and to oppose the
proceedings initiated against me.
5.
The receive payments in any form any
authorities and any Courts, including Sub – Courts, District Court, High Court
and Supreme Court.
6.
To appear
before any police officer or Revenue Officer or before any Civil or Revenue or
Criminal Court for me and on my behalf and she shall have right to give
statements or petitions or affidavits for me and on my behalf.
7.
To obtain
copies of the documents and papers and to file petitions for the return of
documents submitted before the Hon’ble Court during the time of trial/evidence.
8.
To compromise, compound,
or withdraw cases or to confess for judgements and to refer cases to
arbitration.
9.
To get the
Decree and Judgment from the Court of Law, make necessary payments and receive
the same and grant receipts
thereof.
10. To
appear for and represent me before all Government, Statutory, Revenue, Tax and other Authorities as also
all Courts and Tribunals in respect of this.
11. To obtain refund or repayment of court fees.
12.
And to do
all other lawful acts which are necessary or incidental for the proper conduct
of the aforesaid case before the Hon’ble Courts.
13.
To file a Review/ Revision.
14. To defend any litigation in respect of the
case.
15. I have not received any consideration to
execute this power of attorney.
16. The power agent shall render true and proper
accounts.
I do hereby declare that all acts, things legally done or execute by the
said attorney shall be deemed to be acts, deeds and things done by me. I also
bind myself to ratify and confirm all and whatever is done or lawfully caused
to be done for me on account of powers given by these presents. The Power of Attorney is valid till I revoke
the same.
In
