Minor -----,(16 years) 5. Minor ----- (15 years) 5 & 6 minor represented by father Mr. ------, 7. Mr. ----  son of  Mr. -----, 8. Mr.S.-----, 9. Mrs. ----, 10. 3.    By the Deed of Sale dated ---- the aforesaid ------- and others represented by their power Agent ------, sold the land measuring an extent of --- cents, comprised in Survey No.----, at  ---- Village in favour of ---- (6 years) and ---- (2years) minor rep by natural guardian their father  Mr. ------ which was  registered as Document No. ---- of year SRO: place.

4.    The said ---- and -----,  minor rep by natural guardian their father  Mr. -----  was in possession and enjoyment of the afore said property and obtained Patta bearing No.------ in their names was evidenced from the  available chitta and as per the said patta New Survey No.---- and converted the land into house site plots. 6.    Subsequently by the Deed of Sale dated ----- the afore said Mr. ---- son of Mr. ----- sold the Vacant house site bearing Plot No.----, measuring an extent of --- sq.ft., in “----- Nagar Layout” , comprised in  Old Survey No. --- , New Survey No.---- ,   situated  at ---- Village in favour of Mr.------ son of Mr.---- which was registered as Document No. ---- of year SRO: place.

 

7.    Patta No.---- stands in the name of Mr.------, issued by Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, place as per Patta,  sub Division Survey No.----, Chitta available which proves his possession over the property and he obtained Approval for the construction of the building vide; PP.No.---- /year;  Na.Ka. No.---- /year dated ----- issued by Member Secretary, CMDA; MU.Mu.No.--- /year, Building Permit No.---- dated ----- issued by -------- Panchayath Union and the said building is assessed to property tax by ------  Municipality.

 

 

8.    Encumbrance available for the period from ------- to ------ reflects the afore said entries no other subsisting encumbrance over the property.

Conclusion:-

This is to certify that Mr.----- son of Mr.-----, is having ABSOLUTE, RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST  over the  schedule mentioned property subject to the verification of the original documents. Though the sale deed was executed by the minors -----  and -----, of the ages 11 and 7 to Mr. ------  in the year -----  now they attained major, the time limit to claim their  right  over the property is barred by limitation act, they have no right over the property and now Mr.---------, is in absolute possession of the property.
