hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:-
1. I am the petitioner herein
and the claimant in the main claim petition. I have filed the main claim
petition for claiming compensation on account of injuries sustained by me in a
motor vehicle accident.
2. This hon’ble court has
passed an award of a sum of Rs.---------/ with interest and cost on ----.
Accordingly, the respondent has deposited a sum of Rs. ------/- with interest
and cost.
3. As per decree the
petitioner has been already permitted to withdraw 50% award amount with entire
interest and cost comes to Rs.---/- and the balance 50% award amount comes to Rs.---
be invested in any one of the Natitonalised bank for a period of 3 years.
4. The petitioner had filed a
permission petition and got Order in
IA /2021 dated -----. To withdraw the balance
amount.
5. I hereby undertake to
redeposit the above said amount as and when ordered by this hon’ble court.
6. There is no appeal or any other bar over the amount. No interest of minor is involved in the amount.
It is therefore just and necessary that this hon’ble court may be pleased to pass an order to the return of the fixed deposit receipt of RS.----/ with accrued interest and make necessary endorsement to enable the same and thus render justice .
