1.     I am the petitioner herein. I have filed the main claim petition seeking compensation on account of the injuries sustained by me in a motor vehicle accident.

Even after receiptof the summon, he didn’t appear before the court. Hence witness warrant has to be issued against him, unless mch loss and hardship will be caused to this petitioner/2^nd respondent.
