occupied as branch manager in insurance co ltd. --Place--
do hereby solemnly affirmed and sincerely states as follows:
1. I am the branch manager of
the petitioner / 2nd respondent insurance company and I know the
facts of the case.
1. In
this case there is no driving license for the driver of the insured vehicle
bearing reg.no. -------- at the time of
accident, which leads to violation of policy conditions.
2. To
prove this we have to produce policy copy, legal notice sent to the owner cum
driver of the vehicle and acknowledgement card.
3. Hence this petitioner/2nd respondent may be permitted to produce policy
copy, legal notice sent to the owner cum driver of the vehicle and
acknowledgement card. Unless much loss and hardship will be caused to this
petitioner.
It is therefore just and necessary that
this hon’ble court may be graciously pleased to permit this petitioner/2nd respondent to produce
policy copy, legal notice sent to the owner cum driver of the vehicle and
acknowledgement card and thus render justice.
