NOTICE

    On behalf of and under instructions from my client The branch manager, ---- insurance company ltd., ------, I hereby send you the following notice:

1) On  /  /   at about ---  hrs, the insured vehicle  bearing regn no.  ------- (type of vehicle), belonging to number one among you and driven by number two among you, met with accident, at -------, in front of --------, with another vehicle bearing regn.no.------- (type of vehicle) , and the rider of that vehicle ----  and pillion rider ----- and their son -----  had sustained injuries in the accident.

2. They had  filed claim petitions claiming compensation from my client insurance company, for the injuries sustained by them. They have filed            mcop   /  ,  ----- court, place, for the defence of  which we  are in need of your (riders) driving licence copy.

3) Number two among you had driven the motor cycle without driving license at the time of accident, and number one among you had allowed a person to ride a vehicle  who does not possess driving license to drive that vehicle, and this act leads to violation of policy conditions as well as MV act.

4) Hence both of you are hereby instructed to produce the driving license of rider of the vehicle, within 7 days of receipt of this notice, failing which it will be considered that there was no driving license for the rider of the vehicle  at the time of accident.
