1.     I am the petitioner herein and the claimant in the main claim petition. I have filed the main claim petition. I have filed the main claim petition under sec 166 and 140 of the motor vehicles act on account of the injuries sustained by me in a motor vehicle accident.

2.     In the above main claim petition grammatical and typographical errors are there due to inadvertence. It is neither willful nor wanton but only due to inadvertence. Hence the claim has to be amended accordingly.

 

           It is therefore just and necessary that this hon’ble court may be pleased to permit me to amend the claim petition rectifying the grammatical and typographical errors as mentioned in the accompanying  petition and thus render justice.
