1.     I am  the counsel for the  petitioner/2^nd  respondent  insurance company and I know the facts of the case.

2.     In this case there is no driving license for the driver of the insured vehicle bearing reg.no. TN 72 BW 2634  at the time of accident, which leads to violation of policy conditions.

3.     To prove this we have to send summon and examine Assistant licensing authority, Regional transport office, Tirunelveli.

4.     Hence this petitioner/2^nd  respondent may be permitted to send witness sommon to Assistant licensing authority, Regional transport office, place, Unless much loss and hardship will be caused to this petitioner.

      It is therefore just and necessary that this hon’ble court may be graciously pleased to permit this petitioner/2^nd  respondent to send summon to Assistant licensing authority, Regional transport office, place and thus render justice.
