1.     I am the petitioner herein. I have filed the main claim petition seeking compensation on account of the injuries sustained by me in a motor vehicle accident.

2.     The petitioner took summons to the 1^st respondent and he evades receiving summons. The petitioner took summons several times to serve the 1^st respondent. On all occasions the first respondent evaded to receive summons.

3.     As the 1^st respondent purposely evade receiving summons, it is not possible to serve the 1^st respondent in the ordinary course.

                         Under these circumstances, it is just and necessary that this hon’ble court may be pleased to order substituted service by publication in any one issue of daily Tamil newspaper  and thus render justice.
